Web Developer:
Build and maintain the e-commerce website using suitable platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).
Develop and customize website functionalities and features.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website or integrations.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement website updates.
Digital Marketer:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and opportunities.
Implement SEO techniques to improve website visibility in search engines.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Manager
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the e-commerce industry.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals for social media campaigns.
Content Creation and Curation:
Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Collaborate with the design team and content creators to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent social media assets.
Curate relevant and shareable content from external sources to supplement the content strategy.
Community Management:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms promptly and professionally.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, working closely with the customer support team.
Social Media Advertising and Campaigns:

Influencer Marketing:

Social Media Trends and Analytics:
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, features, and best practices.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices for organic and paid reach.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and engaging content.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and understanding of online consumer behavior.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple social media accounts, and meet deadlines.
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Design and Branding:
Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various digital platforms, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching graphics, banners, and images for promotions and campaigns.
Provide design support for product packaging, labels, and other print materials as needed.
Social Media and Content Design:
Create engaging and shareable visual content for social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Design social media graphics, infographics, and promotional images that align with the brand's tone and style.
Collaborate with the social media manager to develop visually compelling campaigns and content that drive engagement and conversions.
Stay updated on current design trends and emerging social media features to maintain a fresh and relevant visual presence.
Image Editing and Optimization:
Edit product images, optimize them for web use, and ensure they meet the required specifications.
Retouch photos, adjust colors, and enhance visual elements to maintain consistency and high-quality imagery.
Resize and format images for various digital platforms and marketing materials.
Maintain an organized image library and adhere to file management best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including web design, social media graphics, and branding.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across various platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
