Started career as a radio jockey, FM youngest announcer, theatre artist, writer and sculptor, Sangita Marwah born in 1965.

Simultaneously with studies, she joined Shri Ram Center for Art and Culture, Mandi House and started her journey from theatre to All India Radio. During her A.I.R career, she interacted with so many legends like Begum Akhtar, Sh. Tandon cartoonist, Mr Alkazi and many other great personalities.

After her marriage, with the encouragement of her husband, Surinder Marwah, she joined Fine Arts under the blessings of her guru, Sh. Bal Kishan Guru trained herself in the field of Sculptures. She experienced different materials, her style evolved from abstract to semi-abstract and semi-realistic.

Since 1995, she has developed her style into a unique and naturalistic one. Prominent in her work is the woman in her many avatars, surrounded by an aura of beauty, grace, sensuality and love.

To her, the outer beauty of the face and forms is just a reflection of the soul.
